How do I add embroidery to my seat cover order.Updated a year ago

  1. All of our custom service offerings require an initial deposit. The custom service embroidery deposit page can be found here
    We kindly request that you only place a deposit and refrain from ordering the corresponding product (i.e., the seat cover you wish to customize).
  2. Once we’ve received the deposit, our design team will reach out via email within 1-2 business days to discuss your ideas and confirm the full details of your order. We can then provide you with a quote for the full project.
  3. Should you accept the quote and wish to proceed, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance of your custom order. We require final payment before we begin the designing and templating process.
  4. Once we’ve received final payment, our design team will work with you through computer sketches to come to an agreed-upon design. Once your design has been finalized, we will begin the manufacturing process.
  5. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for manufacturing. Once it’s ready, we will send you a photo of the finished product for final review and approval.
  6. Once we’ve received final approval, please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your shipment. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped

    Please note that all custom order sales are final.
